We are a Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering within The Kericho National Polytechnic with qualified trainers, well equiped workshops and resourceful library. we train and impart both theorotical and practical skills from the basics of Electrical Engineering at Artisan to advanced levels (Diploma module III). Since the inception of electrical department, students enrolment has been on upward trend. All the courses are running in their full capacities and with enough teaching force. Since the department was established it has always endeavored to establish courses which are on demand in the labor market (Telecommunication, Instrumentation and Control Engineering among others). On behalf of Electrical and Electronics you are welcome to join us. Entry requirements for modular courses are KCSE mean grade of C- (minus) or Craft certificate in the appropriate field. Technician Diploma in Electrical and Electronics entry requirement are C- with at least D+ in Mathematics and Physics while for Technician Certificate in electrical and electronics engineering is KCSE D with at least D in Mathematics and Physics.
